Because our products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, and because our training events involve limited seating and advance preparation, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. Digital Tools and Downloads

All digital tools—including but not limited to spreadsheets, calculators, templates, forms, and other downloadable materials—are sold as single-purchase items (not subscriptions).

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued, except in the event that the file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened or used as intended.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase at [insert support email]. We will promptly attempt to correct the problem or, if the issue cannot be resolved, issue a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Training Classes (In-Person and Virtual)

Training class registrations may be canceled or rescheduled under the following conditions:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date, provided you have not downloaded or accessed any related training materials.

• Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once for a future session of the same class, subject to availability, by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, or failure to attend without notice, are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion depending on seat availability.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
